You are welcome to translate the pattern, and give it away to anyone who would like it. 
 
I designed it for a friend who had cancer, for her to sleep under and keep warm on the bad days.  So it was always something to give away, the more people who enjoy it, the happier I will be.
My friend is in remission and doing well, so it must be a lucky pattern.
